MATH 201 - Calculus I 4 Credit(s) Review of function concepts, limit and continuity of a function; derivative of a function; differentiability and continuity; derivatives of algebraic, composite, power, sine and cosine functions; implicit differentiation; maxima and minima; Rolle’s Theorem and the Mean Value Theorem; differentials, anti-differentiation, integration, the definite integral, the Fundamental Theorem of Calculus; applications, approximate integration. A TI82/83 graphing calculator is required for this course.
