MKTG 380 - Sales Management 3 Credit(s) This course introduces students to the fundamental concepts and processes of sales management. This course is designed for you to develop an appreciation of the sales process as it relates to the customers, and society. The focus of this course is on the important role that sales management plays in meeting organizational objectives. We will examine the effective utilization of a sales management team. We will also see the importance of sales, not only to the practitioner, but its affects in terms of other disciplines.
