SOWK 460 - Information Technology in Social Work 3 Credit(s) This course provides an overview of information systems in relation to human services programs. Students are introduced to basic information about computer-related topics, including a review of the major components of a computer, various types of information systems, and the use of electronic resources. These resources are presented as contemporary methods for enhancing client service delivery. Students will have the opportunity for direct application of computer resources.
