MGMT 380 - Human Resource Management 3 Credit(s) This course introduces students to the fundamental concepts and processes of human resource management. Students will explore the concepts related to the four basic functions of human resource management via case study analysis. Some of the topics covered in this course include equal employment opportunity, job design, recruitment, training, pay structure, collective bargaining, performance appraisal, and managing human resources globally.
