DSCI 201 - Introduction to Data Science

This course presents students a managerial approach to Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Data Science, emphasizing the applications and implementations behind the concepts. This approach allows students to understand how Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Data Science work in a way that will help them adopt these technologies in future managerial and Data Science roles. As a first course in Data Science, we follow the Exposure, Experience, Exploration (EEE) approach to introduce concepts. The students will be introduced to several real-life problems.
Prerequisite(s): MATH 131 College Algebra for Mathematics and Science Majors
