DSCI 310 - Data Science Programming 3 Credit(s) This course teaches students the Python and SQL programming languages and the Git version control system. Python is the most popular general-purpose programming language. SQL is the de facto standard language for data. Git is the most popular version control system used by developers and businesses. Working knowledge of these languages helps prepare students for work and research in data science. Students will document their code and knowledge in a GitHub repository (e-portfolio).
Prerequisite(s): DSCI 201 Introduction to Data Science
