A Bachelor of Science degree in Management prepares undergraduate students to think critically in diverse areas of business as well as manage and lead organizations in both the public and private sectors. The program is designed to assist students in acquiring organizational and managerial expertise in the following areas: human relations and organizational behavior, human resources, for profit and not for profit, business ethics, as well as assist students in gaining an understanding of management and supervisory dynamics. The Management degree is also offered solely online. In addition, the program also offers an Entrepreneurship certificate that can be completed separately or simultaneously with the Management degree.
Students majoring in Management should complete 120 credit hours by taking 40 credit hours from the General Education Requirements in consultation with their academic advisors, 42 credit hours in the College of Business core courses, 24 credit hours in Management, 6 credit hours in business electives, 7 credit hours in general electives and 1 credit hour in CSU requirements.
