Four-Year Honors Program

The eligibility criteria for participation in the Four-year Program are as follows:
- High school weighted or unweighted grade point average of at least 3.0.
- Combined SAT score (math/verbal) of at least 1200 (Golden Eagle Award) or 1000 (Eagle Award).
- Successful completion of the Coppin placement exam.
Honors Program participants are required to complete the following courses to earn an honors citation:

Four-year Honors Program participants will receive an honors citation on their transcripts if they complete the required honors course sequence, maintain overall grade point averages of 3.25, and participate in a series of graduate-school preparatory activities offered every semester students are enrolled in Honors. During the End-of-Year Recognition Ceremony, students receive completion medallions from the Honors College.
